• 🚀 Developed, nurtured and guided Catalyst Black’s community through Global Launch 🚀
• Built a GTM plan in tandem with Head of Marketing for Global Launch encompassing all things social media, community and influencers
• Built partnerships and delineated a strategy for Paid Influencer Campaigns for Global Launch and beyond
• Managed Organic Creator Program, including the onboarding process, creator activations and creator engagement/feedback events
• Envisioned Catalyst Black’s channel mix and social strategy
  • Coordinated, hosted and help create some content
• Implemented and supported Live Ops bug reporting pipeline from community to QA/producers
• Responsible for the Catalyst Black Discord and its moderators and server management
  • Grew the server by over 6,000 members in 6 months
• Community engagement, including Discord Stages, Dev Play Sessions, Community Roadmap Discussions, Discord Megathreads, Twitter Takeovers, etc.
• Established groundwork for merchandise for internal partners and external influencers
