- Outlined, executed plan to build The Sims Spark'd Challenge Program from scratch
- Ideated, collaborated with Web Dev to construct Spark'd Challenges and The Sims Spark'd Season 1 websites including FTU experience and visitor journey
- Crafted copy for in-game challenge messaging and web
- Prepped in-game, player-facing messaging on internal dev builds
- Established, cultivated strong relationships with CGE and other internal EA teams required to kick off and continue to support Spark'd Challenges Program
- Analyzed submission data and feedback to increase player satisfaction and identify other opportunities of improvement
