• Crafted community plans for unreleased and ongoing projects, aligning with key stakeholders and development studios on key marketing beats and macro marketing goals
• Assembled and simultaneously drove multiple Community Councils comprised of key influencers / community members
  • Feedback was then aggregated and distilled into actionable Feedback Reports sent to Brand, Marketing, Combat, Art and other stakeholder teams
• Drove editorial planning and copywriting for multiple projects simultaneously
• Reported KPIs for key marketing beats, including Conversation Volume, Conversation Drivers and Sentiment to help guide sales projections, game development and more
• Connected with community platform leaders to support community-run channels
